One person looks after it, every visit. You get a short report each time, so you always know how the car is — even when you're a few hours away.

$379 a month for a regular vehicle, $469 for a large one. Three-month minimum, then month to month. Additional cars at the same address are 15% off.

Our complete Full Detail, inside and out — engine bay, exhaust tips and trims included — scheduled so it lands before a stay when we can.
Before you arrive
Arrival-ready
Tell us your dates. We schedule the visit before you come, so the car is clean, fuelled and ready on the driveway — not the first job of your weekend.
Fuel is billed at cost with your monthly invoice — or leave a fuel card in the car, whichever you prefer. We’re not a mechanic: if we notice something — a warning light, a soft tyre, a battery on the way out — we tell you straight away and can arrange the fix with your preferred workshop.

We meet at the car.
A walk-through of the car and the property: where it's kept, how we get in, what you want checked, and the first Full Detail so the car is at our standard before we start maintaining it.
Fortnightly visits begin.
Same day every fortnight. A short report after each one — photos, fuel, tyres, battery, anything noticed.
You arrive to a ready car.
Send us your dates and we work the visit around them. The car is waiting, not waiting for you.
Keys, access and trust
Agreed in writing before the first visit.
Keys
Kept in a coded lockbox at the property, or held securely by us — your choice. Nothing is copied or shared.
Driving
We only drive the car to refuel it and to keep the battery healthy. Every kilometre is noted in your report.
Access
Garage codes, gate access and alarm details are recorded once, stored securely and used only for your visits.
One person
Alastair looks after every concierge car personally. You'll always know who has been at your property, and when.
How keys and access are handled is set out in a simple written agreement before we start, so there is nothing to wonder about while you're away.
Pricing
One monthly price. No surprises.
Concierge
Fortnightly care visits, a Full Detail every quarter, fuel, tyres, fluids and battery checked every visit, arrival-ready scheduling and a report after each visit. Three-month minimum, then month to month.
- Second car? 15% off each additional car at the same address, cared for on the same visit.
- Getting started. Every concierge car starts with a Full Detail, quoted separately, so it’s at our standard from the first visit.
- Fuel. Billed at cost with your monthly invoice, or leave a fuel card in the car if you’d rather.
- Extras. A service drop-off, tyre fitting or headlight restoration can be arranged and quoted separately.

Before you hand over the keys.
Yes — for the interior, fuel and battery checks. Most owners keep a key in a coded lockbox at the property; we can also hold one securely. We agree the arrangement in writing before the first visit.
We tell you the same day, with photos. If it needs a workshop, we can arrange the booking and the drop-off with your preferred mechanic or dealer — arranged and quoted separately.

Nothing changes — the fortnightly visits keep going whether you're here or not. If you're moving down full time, Maintain Plus may be the better fit, and you can switch from the next month.
